STEPHEN HANN GMB, GMR, CGP - CONSTRUCTION EXPERT WITNESS

Stephen Hann, President, and founder of Hann Builders is a seasoned construction industry veteran. A graduate of Trinity University in San Antonio in 1980 with degrees in both Business Administration and Construction Management. He is a Graduate Master Builder, Graduate Master Remodeler and Certified Green Professional who started his professional career in commercial building, managing the construction of several multi-million dollar projects on the Houston skyline.

Hann's career spans over three decades and has built a reputation for Hann Builders as one of the premier high-end home builders and renovators in Houston and the surrounding areas of Montgomery and Fort Bend counties. Recognized by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) as America’s Best Builder in 2002, and by the Greater Houston Builder Association (GHBA) as Custom Builder of the Year 2010 and Remodeler of the Year by both the GHBA and Texas Association of Builder (TAB.)

With Stephen’s founding of Hann Builders in 1993, he set out in a passionate pursuit of excellence in every aspect of his new venture. This commitment to raising the bar is something that he openly shares with other builders in the home building community as a founding member of the GHBAs’ Custom Builders Council and NAHBs’ Builder 20 Clubs. His service spans from the National level on the NAHBs’ Custom Builder Committee, with speaking engagements at NAHB national conventions, the Custom Builders Symposium and the National Remodeler Show. His years of service at the National level have earned him the prestigious recognition as an NAHB Life Director.
